NoirDeck is a premium digital collectible trading card platform. Users purchase packs to receive randomly assigned digital trading cards featuring approved creators.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use NoirDeck. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older.

We are required by the UK Online Safety Act 2023 to verify your age before you can access creator content or make purchases. Age verification is completed via Yoti, an approved age verification provider.

NoirDeck is available to users in the United Kingdom and other countries where we choose to operate. We may restrict access from certain jurisdictions at our discretion.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

You must notify us immediately at support@noirdeck.io if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You may not create more than one personal account. Accounts are non-transferable.

Digital-only goods: Cards are digital collectibles only. They have no physical form and confer no rights in any underlying intellectual property beyond a limited personal licence to collect and display them within the platform.

No guaranteed value: Digital collectibles may fluctuate in marketplace price or become unavailable. We make no representation about their investment value.

Platform dependency: Your cards exist on our platform. If the platform ceases to operate, we will give you reasonable advance notice and, where possible, export functionality.

Pack purchases result in a randomised selection of cards according to our published rarity odds. You are purchasing access to a randomised process — not a specific card.

Published rarity odds: Common 60% · Rare 25% · Epic 10% · Legendary 4% · Ultra 1%. These are aggregate probabilities over many draws, not guarantees for any individual pack.

Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013: When you confirm a pack purchase you expressly consent to immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that your right to a 14-day cooling-off period is waived upon delivery. This waiver is confirmed by a checkbox at checkout.

Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT at the applicable rate.

The NoirDeck marketplace allows users to list cards for sale and purchase cards from other users.

NoirDeck charges a 10% platform fee on all marketplace sales. Sellers receive 90% of the sale price, paid via Stripe Connect to their linked bank account.

We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these Terms or our content standards.

All marketplace transactions are final once payment is confirmed.

Creators who are approved to feature on the platform grant NoirDeck a non-exclusive licence to use their approved images in digital trading cards on the platform.

Creators must comply with our Content Standards (Section 9). Applications are reviewed at our discretion. We may remove creator content that no longer meets our standards.

Creator earnings are paid via Stripe Connect Express. Creators are responsible for their own tax obligations on earnings.

NoirDeck and all platform content (excluding creator-uploaded images) are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

By uploading images to the platform, creators warrant that they hold all necessary rights to those images and grant us the licence described in Section 7.

All content on NoirDeck must be legal, non-explicit, and consistent with our premium, professional brand. The following is prohibited:

• Explicit sexual content or nudity · Depictions of minors · Content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination · Content that infringes third-party intellectual property · Fraudulent, misleading, or impersonatory content

We use automated moderation tools and human review. Content that violates these standards will be removed and the relevant account may be suspended.

You may not: create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions; use bots, scrapers, or automated tools; attempt to manipulate rarity outcomes; engage in card washing or marketplace manipulation; attempt to bypass age verification; resell account access.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms. We will generally give notice unless the breach is severe (e.g. CSAM, fraud).

Upon termination, you lose access to your card collection. Cards cannot be extracted or transferred to another platform.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@noirdeck.io.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NoirDeck shall not be liable for: loss of digital collectibles due to platform discontinuation; fluctuation in marketplace value; indirect or consequential losses.

Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by English law.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you have a complaint, please first contact us at support@noirdeck.io. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 days. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may escalate via our Complaints procedure.
